Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, consumer-friendly rules for message packs — in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Unused packs — full refund within 7 days
If you have not used any messages from a pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Partly used packs
Within 7 days of purchase, we refund the unused messages pro rata (price ÷ messages × unused messages). Detailed reports already generated from a Cosmic Plus pack are treated as used at ₹99 each.
3. Failed or duplicate transactions
If money was debited but your pack did not activate, or you were charged twice, we refund the full amount whether or not you ask, once confirmed with PayU. Messages that fail to generate are automatically returned to your balance.
4. Service problems
If a feature you paid for is materially unavailable for more than 72 hours, you may request a refund of the unused portion regardless of the 7-day window.
5. How to request
Email info@cloudisoft.com from your account email with your order reference (shown in Billing). We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 days.
6. Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days to the original payment method through PayU. Banks and card networks typically credit them within 5–7 working days (UPI often sooner). When a refund is processed, unused messages from that pack are removed.
7. Cancellation of monthly plans
Cancel anytime from Billing → Cancel plan. No further charges are made after cancellation and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of your first monthly payment and have used no more than 5 messages, we refund that payment in full. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, except for failed or duplicate charges (§3). One-time packs never renew. Deleting your account forfeits unused messages unless you request a refund first within the windows above.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
